The most convenient and flexible option. Numerous car rental companies are available at Cagliari-Elmas Airport.

• Route: Follow S.S. 130 towards Iglesias, then take the exit for Villamassargia-Carbonia and follow signs for Carbonia and then Sant'Antioco/Calasetta.
• Rental Companies: Major international and local companies are located directly in the airport's Arrivals area.

🚌 By Public Transport

A more economical solution, generally requiring a change in Carbonia or Sant'Antioco.

• Bus: The main service is offered by **ARST** (Azienda Regionale Sarda Trasporti). Usually, you'll need to take a bus from the airport to Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti) and from there another ARST bus to Calasetta (often with a change in Carbonia).
• Train + Bus: It's possible to take the train from "Elmas Aeroporto" station to Carbonia Serbariu. From Carbonia station, continue by ARST line bus to Calasetta.
